From the app
Open Quizmo and go to Settings › Account › Delete my account and data. It's deleted right away.
Without the app
Email us at hello@quizmo.club from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and let you know by email.
What gets deleted
Your profile, nickname, character, high score, league, tickets (including purchased ones), My List and your game history. Your scores no longer appear on the leaderboard.
What stays
Scenes you suggested that were published stay in the game, without your nickname. Reports and support messages are kept without your name or email. Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires.
If you play without an account, your data is only tied to your phone: if you delete the app and don't open it again, we delete it after a month (after 24 months if you bought tickets).
